On April 15, the Scarborough Charter Secretariat hosted its Open House at the Tory Building Lobby, Carleton University, in Ottawa, ON, bringing together faculty, staff, and community members for an engaging and inspiring gathering. It was also a valuable opportunity for those present to meet the Secretariat team, learn more about the Scarborough Charter, and engage with the work we are doing.
We were honoured to welcome remarks from President Wisdom Tettey, Provost and Vice-President, Dr. L. Pauline Rankin, and Councillor Rawlson King, whose words highlighted the importance of equity, collaboration, and inclusion in Canadian higher education.
